Listen to yourself!

In this fast-moving life, where everyone has got a lot do in just 24 hours of little time, there are many things which get ignored and many thoughts are left unheard. We usually ignore the most important and crucial aspects of our life. Specialy when it comes to our health. We give the least priority to our health and take it for granted, It’s like a vehicle which we are dragging till it is working but we forget that it too needs frequent servicing, regular washes, care and above all our time. when I am talking about HEALTH here, I am not only stressing on physical being but also on our mental health.

What goes inside a healthy looking body, is just an illusion most of the times, isn’t it?

Our body, be it physical or mental side, gives us signs, gives us warnings and also refuse to be in harmony with us, but we still, drag ourselves. Trying to pour-in every last bit of energy to do things which matters the most in the materialistic world and gives us subjective pleasures. We spend too much of time worrying about our future, we are always under tremendous pressure for things not working out the way we want it to. We ignore our health, we have disturbed our sleeping patterns, we eat junk food, we spend too much of time on the Internet. Apart from our regular household chores and work, look at the amount of stress we undergo in a single day.

Just wait for a moment, stop hustling, give yourself some break, LISTEN TO YOURSELF. Maybe your inner-self wants to take some rest, maybe it needs a day off from work, maybe it needs less social media updates. If your gut feeling is telling you to distance yourself from certain people, do it. If your heart wants you to spend some time with nature, go for a long walk, listen to music, read a book, be with a person who brings out the best in you.

Your Innerself knows, what is best for you so never ignore when it tries to send some message to you.
