What is Zen? A moment when you experience peace and solace after accomplishing a certain important and very special task. The relief, the sigh of satisfaction and happiness is unmatched and no less than attaining Nirvana.
Accomplishing #BlogChatter A2Z Writing Challenge has been no less than a meditative journey for me for the last 30 days, as I have been consciously writing, being present, being aware, being mindful and interacting with so many amazing fellow blogger around the corner. Although it makes me sad somewhere because all the excitement of writing, reading, and sharing will suddenly stop or slow down.
Writing has always been a catharsis to me, a source of relief, a getaway from the outside world. I call my blog my happy place and I am the solopreneur of the writing corner in my house, filled with deep love and warm atmosphere. I make it as bright and as beautiful as possible, I decorate, re-decorate it as this corner of my house is my best corner where I can be myself.
The theme I chose was to spread some self-help measures, self-awareness, self-development, self-love, and mental health awareness through my 26 ways as a write-up for the entire season and hence named it #26days26ways. I hope I was able to convey my thoughts and emotions precisely.
As I have mentioned in my previous blogs also that my aim to chose this topic was very simple and straight that I wanted to spread some awareness about the underlying illness, those depressing feelings and emotions of bitterness could create a state of mind which could lead to places you have never imagined for yourself.
Just try to be there for someone who shows some sign of irritation, anxiety or unusual behavior. Try to listen, try to be there. We might help someone simply by being by their side, might as well save a tragedy.
Lastly, I would like to thank all the fellow participants for being there, visiting my blog regularly, showering with praises and sharing personal experiences, it helped me to believe in my thoughts. I have learned a lot from you all.
In the end, I would say, live more, love more, be amazing and stay in touch.
Zindaagi ka kya hai, aaj yaha to kal vaha apni jagah bana legi..to bas kuch jine aur kuch jane ke bich ke faaslo mein thodi mithas bharte hai aur kuch kadam aage bhadte hai..
Kabhi kahi aur mulaqat ho to muskura kar atleast thodi baat kar lena..Kuch apni sunana aur kuch meri sun lena..
