Welcome to the sixth Episode of Humanity ki chain, Mental Health Awareness Series with Kenny Aronson.
We should have more men talking about Mental Health, and that’s how we beat the stigmas attached to it. Our culture doesn’t leave space for men to express their inner struggles. Men have always been told to “man up” and “be strong,” hence, accessing mental health help can go against cultural expectations. Men hardly seek help because they’re afraid of looking weak.
My sixth guest for my Mental Health Series is Kenny Aronson. Kenny is a 22-year-old copywriter and entrepreneur from Akron Ohio. He started in engineering straight out of high school, however later found his true passion for marketing, business, and entrepreneurship 3 years into college.
Mental Health is as important as Physical Health and it is not possible to drive a massive change alone, so let’s join together and spread some positivity.
