21 Days Meditation Challenge – Day 2

Hi everyone,

In continuation to my last post, this is my attempt to guide you to start meditaion and connect with your innerself. My videos are in Hindi Language.

In this video, I am trying to prepare you for meditation. Things to be noted before we get started. 🙂

  • Sit straight on a mat
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Choose a clean and quite place
  • A place with no distraction 
  • Physical and mental preparation
  • If you have any injury you can use chair

The most common question is how to gather your train of thoughts at one place, do not stress, I would say. It is natural to get distracted by a noise or smell or any ithching on nose or anything around you but you need to come back to the rhythm of your breaths once you finish acknowledging the distraction.

Although I am not an expert, I would say meditaion is the best way to connect with your own self. When you cannot go outside, why not turn inside? So I am trying to turn inside, I hope you join me.
