What are your key takeaways from the year 2020? While we are busy criticizing and blaming the year 2020 for all the things bad and horrible happening to us, have we by any chance derived some life lessons from this year? December 18, 2020 / Priyanka Nair / 5 Comments

2020 gave me 50 reasons that could have destroyed me "organically" and this reminds me of one of my old posts that I made last year saying " 2020 smells like me" 🙄 Le 2020Like many of you, 2020 was officially THE worst year of my life💥But I am not complaining, I have somewhat understood … Continue reading What is your “Brahmāstra”?

You don’t need to be a psychologist or therapist to become a mental health advocate. Neither you need to be someone who is going through some disorder, you just need to be that SOMEONE who believes in this other side of the world and works towards its inclusion and acceptability.
Helloooo..I had a wonderful day today, you know why? A very good friend of mine Manas @manasmukul who has recently published his book "You, Me & The Universe" made sure that the universe conspires and the book reaches me via a beautiful medium PraGun @ipragun. Or should I quote it the otherwise? 🥰 and then I met one of my virtual friend PraGun, who is a podcaster, writer, poet and an amazing human being. We are connected through our blogging world and I met her for the first time today. We had the best of conversation over chilli cheese fries 😀 I hope to see you again 💞🌺..grateful for this day🦋🦋

Bipolar Disorder is a serious and chronic mental illness characterised by extreme Mood swings. Everybody experiences changes in the mood but for a person living with Bipolar Disorder, these mood swings are extreme in severity and can be highly debilitating. The symptoms include highly elevated phases and depression, with periods of normal moods in between. It is said to be an incurable although treatable and manageable condition. The positive part is that with treatment, therapy and a holistic approach, many have managed to live fulfilling lives.
More than a year old photo of me and papa! No, it's not his birthday or any special day but wanted to write how I have been feeling about not being able to meet him for such a long time. We took this photo when he was here in India and I had come to see him. He stays in Sri Lanka and due to COVID restrictions, we could not visit him, neither he could travel here. And being papa he is too strict with safety and precautionary measures. Now we see a ray of hope as the restrictions have been relaxed a bit, and things are in process.🤞
कभी-कभी कैप्शन क्या लिखे हैं, यह समझ नहीं आता.. क्योंकि फोटो ही इतना कुछ बोल देती है। my lifeline💞

Someone's life cannot be described based upon your limited, full of assumptions and judgmental mindset. 👿
What is an anxiety disorder? It is not just another name or a label to carry, most of the times we loosely use this word "anxiety" without knowing the actual repercussions of the anxiety disorder, as its a deep-rooted issue, which we need to understand to seek proper care and attention.

“But never hold back from firing the arrow if all that paralyses you is fear of making a mistake. If you have made the right movements, open your hand and release the string. Even if the arrow fails to hit the target, you will learn how to improve your aim next time.”🏹
I have learned this in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), " Everybody already has all the tools they need to achieve the desired results ( if someone else can do it, I can too, if I can you can too)...compare mat karo yar, apni journey ka maza lo.
I think I am gonna hang in there little longer! What about you?
Stop rushing through the things that need time to grow 🌺 bikhrenge to sambhlenge, sambhlenge to sawrenge, sawrenge tabhi to nikhrenge..hai na 💞

Hugs, chocolates, surprise visits, flowers, a walk together, showing them you care, a shoutout, a call could brighten someone's day 🌞🌷🌺❤
