Overcome Irritation

I would like to pass on to you ten practical suggestions, I came across today in the column of Speaking Tree:

1.Believe in the Higher Power watching you and giving you strength.

2.Always be relaxed in body and mind.

3. Do not neglect your daily appointment with God.

4. Always see the bright side of things .

5. Count your blessings.

6. Keep yourself busy doing something creative.

7.Smile.Smile ,all the while.

8. Do not hold on to grudges.

9. Practise the technique of Tonglen- breathing (meditation practice found in Tibetan Buddhism of giving and taking) in all negativity and breathing out serenity, calm,peace and tranquillity.

10. Help others.
