Humanity Ki Chain- Season 2 Begins🥳🥳 @humanitykichain

According to the World Psoriasis Day consortium, 125 million people worldwide—2 to 3 per cent of the total population have psoriasis. Approximately 14.8% to one-third of all psoriasis cases occur by the age of 15. Symptoms often start between ages 15 and 25 but can start at any age. Men, women, and children of all skin colours can get psoriasis.

It is not always the physical weight we carry makes us feel heavy, it is also the mental baggage, the baggage of past that makes us feel heavier.

Two days back, I posted 50th episode on my podcast "Mental Health First". I created my podcast channel back in 2019, posted 22 episodes and just slept on it... Woke up after almost an year, started updating it. I find podcasting as one of the most comforting ways of creating content and here us how:

Back in 2019, I started with an initiative named “Humanity ki Chain” @humanitykichain as a mental health conversation starter. Besides writing blogs, I wanted to work more towards enabling conversations around mental illnesses and I thought of coming up with a video series on my YouTube Channel – Rebel Poet

There comes a time in your life when you meet a few people who teach you to live, to dream and to keep hope alive within you..

Work area makeover alert! 🤩 (which I do often) all things good😇😌

The program demanded only 10-15 minutes out of my daily schedule. Initially, I wasn't even sure if I would be able to finish the program but I was intrigued by the way the program is developed keeping all the aspects in mind. Through the various game play, activities, journaling and completing challenges, I was able to amplify the relevant/irrelevant stimulus for my brain activity. There would also be weekly phone calls with my mentor @steveneuronsky to help facilitate the process. He made the whole program easy, interactive and a great learning experience.
