Studies reveal that writing or maintaining a journal could prove several benefits. It helps in pouring out all the thoughts and keep you in a positive state of mind. The beginning is always a problem with anything new.
So starting with a gratitude journal as a whole new idea could be difficult initially, it sounds like letting- in a new family member in your house, but I promise you it’s worth it!

I have a diary and you remind me that it’s been a long time haven’t jotted anything. Gratitude journal helps to be One with the universe, empowers and keep the emotions in check, bringing the much-needed focus. Need to make it a more regular habit.
