The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Habit 4 – Think Win/Win
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is a self-improvement book, which emphasizes our perceptions about everything around us and how it affects a situation, a person, and how we must be open to change them.

A Brief Summary:
Based on the principles of Interpersonal leadership, the 4th habit, Think win/win. Win/Win is not a technique, it is a total philosophy of human interaction.
It is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. Win/win means that agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial and mutually satisfying.
Win/Win is based on the paradigm that there is plenty for everybody, that one person’s success is not achieved at the expense or exclusion of the success of others.
It will help you to figure out the best option, it will help to assess a situation in a better way using alternatives.
Key Lessons:
1.) It will you to come to an agreement with yourself
2.) It could help you eliminate some obstacles
3.) It will help to be more solution-oriented.
I will share the next effective habit soon.
Much love and gratitude
