Mental Health Awareness Series- Humanity ki Chain ~ Episode -2 -Arjun Gupta

Welcome to the second Episode of Humanity ki chain, Mental Health Awareness Series.

Today is World Mental Health Awareness Day, an opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.

This Mental health awareness series is a small attempt from my side to spread some mental health awareness and enable people to talk. The more we talk about it, the more we will be able to break the stigmas attached to it.

Mental Health is as important as Physical Health and it is not possible to drive a massive change alone, so let’s join together and spread some positivity.

The second guest joining me in this initiative of mine is Mr. Arjun Gupta. A Mental Health Activist. Arjun Gupta has been raising Mental Health Awareness through his blogs. After having battled severe clinical depression, Arjun is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University.

Arjun Gupta has recently published a book which is an eye-opener for many.
