Dealing with Day to Day Stress

How is it to deal with a stress monster? Now we have come of an age where dealing with stress has become a part of our daily routine and not an occasional encounter. We deal with stress every day.

With so much technological advancements, distractions, competitions, responsibilities, work-life balance challenges we just cannot escape from the elements leading to stress. We are always mentally tired, exhausted and energy deprived.

I feel we should never stop working on ourselves for our healthy being, we should invest in ourselves, take time for the little things which give us happiness and relaxation no matter how childlike that thing is, but if it can take you away from stress for a while then you should go for it. Take charge of your life and let nothing and no one take away your inner piece from you.

  • Invest in yourself.
  • Spend some time alone, your ME Time.
  • Talk to yourself.

  1. You are getting better with every video. We need to give ourselves, Me time and find ways to beat stress, listening to music, writing or what makes us happy. This daily exhaustion on our brain takes a huge toll. How true, Priyanka?
