Welcome to the seventh Episode of Humanity ki chain, Mental Health Awareness Series with Anupriya Gupta.
The importance of being aware and being able to understand the need for mental health awareness is all we need to stress. It is great to see that conversations are happening and people are sharing their views about Mental Illness and how we as a society can join together to fight against the stigmas attached to it.
My seventh guest joining me in this initiative is Ms. Anupriya Gupta. Anupriya belongs to that generation of Idiots (as she calls her 🙂 ), who did their engineering first and then decided on what they actually wanted to do in life.
She completed her MBA in Human Resources and worked in the corporate world for 8 years, before taking a professional break. A mom by day and a reader/writer by night, Anupriya is a die-hard romantic.
She can be found in the dot com world at her blog http://www.mommytincture.com. This blog is her outlet to the world where she also doles out loads of gyaan on self-improvement and relationship management. She is a strong believer in Karma and her entire parenting philosophy revolves around Laws of Karma.
Her first published book ‘Because I Promised’ is available online at akvire.com and amazon.in

This Mental health awareness series is a small attempt from my side to spread some mental health awareness and enable people to talk. The more we talk about it, the more we will be able to break the stigmas attached to it.
Mental Health is as important as Physical Health and it is not possible to drive a massive change alone, so let’s join together and spread some positivity.
